  PT Plicy

This policy is to provide a rapid, precise, and fair management about all problems which happen in a game, and our Customer Supporting Center (All 4 U) makes an effort to provide a fair and objective service for a customer. (We may modify policy if we have set up a reasonable plan already except policy expressed in the bottom.)

01. Item Restoration Policy. (Request in 10days)
1)
① Server/System error : We will restore the item by checking your last information saved in Customer
   Supporting Center Server (All 4 U).
② Lag/Cable error : This case is caused by customer's computer system or access routine.
   Also, we check the report in Customer Supporting Center (All 4 U) after we get a report,
   and then will restore the item.

2) We won't restore if you drop your item by mistake, or sell an item to NPC. It is your responsibility for your item. We recognize that you throw away your item ownership immediately.

3) You should report to lose any item in 10days because account information history will be expired in 10days. So to speak, after 10days, we can't check any information about characters.
02. Character Restoration Policy.
1) Customer mistake.
We restore only one time (over 20 levels) if a customer's character is deleted by mistake.

2) Server error.
We check the report in Customer Supporting Center (All 4 U) after we get a request, and then will restore the item.
(When we restore your character, you might be able to loss some experience, level, term and item.)

3) You should request to lose any item in 10days because Account information history will be expired in 10days. So to speak, after 10days, we can't check any information about characters.
03. Request for BackServer Policy.
We do not receive any request for BackServer Policy.
04. Swindle in Game.
1) PristonTale is not handling and intervention for a fraud case, but if we judge that the case is a habitually cheat, we will handle the case because the case will be harmful to other community and market.

2) A character that has name similar to Global GM, insults GM or impersonates GM will be banned.

3) In any case, Global GM does not request customer's password, personal info and item information in Game.
05. Account/Character/Item share/ Lost to careless customer.
We would not have any responsibility for illegal sharing an account in All 4 U, please be careful. Also, account trade/transfer/change will be got same rule as above it.
06. Prohibited for Trading with the 3rd Party.
Transfer your id or other account-related information (including, but not limited to, your account or password information) to any third party.
07. Illegal Play Policy.
1) We will permanently block or delete a customer account when you use illegal programs. The illegal programs make bad result in Game like balance destruction and server overload.

2) We treat it as an illegal playing user who uses a game bug in PT.

3) It will be happened a game bug by Game Client Handling, and we will treat a Game Client Handling user like illegal program user. (Include all Client Handling in Game)

4) A customer who uses certain tools or ideas that allow someone to gain certain items or duplicates items will be banned.

5) If a customer uses AUTO-MOUSE (Macro), we will block the customer's account because it is a critical program in PT.
08. Harassment Policy.
Please carefully read the Harassment Policy in the term of penalty outline exactly what harassment is, and how to request it if it happens to you such as sexual harassment, abusive language, insulting a player, impersonating a player and racism. Especially, we will terminate all account if a customer uses extremely foul language other's parent.
09. Character's name Policy.
A customer may be able to create character's name what you want, but if you have the kind name of the lists, a character's name will be changed or banned by GM.

1) Include abusive language or insult of certain people.
2) Include sexual words (human body).
3) Include racial discrimination, religion and national.
4) Pretend to be GM, PT Company.
5) The name that associate with trademark or certain copyright
10. Clan name/mark Policy.
A customer may be able to create Clan name/mark what you want, but if you have the kind name of the lists, a character's name will be changed or banned by GM.

1) Include abusive language or insult of certain people.
2) Include sexual words (human body).
3) Include racial discrimination, religion and nation.
4) Pretend to be GM, PT Company.
5) The name that associate with trademark or certain copyright
11. Clan Homepage Policy.
The Clan Homepage management is for self-control that the clan chief and clan member should have responsibility, but if the clan has a problem blow the lists, we will control the clan. Please be careful, and control yourself because it is your precious Clan Homepage.
*In Clan Homepage.

1) Abuse language/Sexual thing/Insult GM/Abuse other clan.
2) Screen shot for foul language.
3) A bulletin or screen shot which get out from a socially accepted idea is banned by GM
12. Clan Restoration Policy (Request in 10days)
1) Clan chief mistake (Create a clan again).
If a clan chief dismisses his/her clan from mistake, we won't restore the clan because the clan is not clan chief's property. So, each member has responsibility for their clan.

2) Server error.
If a clan dismisses from server error, we restore the clan. We may be able to restore such as clan mark, clan chief, and clan homepage, but you should create clan members again. Also, if a clan makes same clan name before the restoration, you won't choose same name before, and you only create new clan name.

3) Except the above related restoration request, individual restoration request is treated by restoration policy like character or item.

4) Clan restoration request must be in 24 hour from dismissed time because Clan Information History will be expired in 10days. So to speak, after 10days, we can't check any information about clan information.
13. Penalty of False Report.
All the policy include, if a customer requests extremely false report, we will delete the customer's account.
